Systems,
Not Willpower

Most coaching is built for an eight-week sprint. This is built for the rest of your life.

Why this exists

A Note
From Julian

Most coaching is used to achieve a short-term goal — an 8-week holiday sprint, a reset after Christmas. People manage to lose a bit of fat using unrealistic, unsustainable methods. Then the rebound hits. The relationship with food and self gets a little more broken every cycle.

People think the issue is willpower. The truth is the architecture is wrong. You simply don't have the systems and habits to become the person you want to be.

I've created the systems, strategies and tools to help you become the version of yourself that's always been there. Real, adaptable change that transforms lives — the way it transformed mine.

My mission is to change the culture of coaching, fix the relationship with food, and give people the tools and roadmap to get there — and beyond.

— Julian

How it works

The Architecture

01

Habits & systems

We create the habits and systems for you to succeed — identifying your personal motivations and goals first, so the plan is anchored to something real.

02

Structured plans

Bespoke training and nutrition, rebuilt for your life. A roadmap to get there — one phase at a time, not one crash at a time.

03

Flex Food

Meals built around foods you actually like, every one hitting your macros. Eat with the family. Eat out. Stay on plan.

04

Weekly coaching

Check-ins direct with me — video, voice notes, or written — and direct messaging when something comes up. One tap away.

Fixing your relationship with yourself, your food, and setting you up for a life of quality and possibility.

From beginner to mastery

Every Level Has
A Next Level

Wherever you walk in, coaching meets you there and takes you further. Nobody leaves training the way they started.

01
Never touched a barbell
Nervous about the free-weights area. You start here — every lift taught from the ground up, at a pace that doesn't break you.
02
Building real experience
The basics are there. Now it's programming that progresses on purpose, so the numbers actually move instead of drifting.
03
Technique under load
Cleaning up the lifts that matter. Honest form, mind-muscle connection, and the small corrections that earn the next PB.
04
Training with intent
Real intensity, applied properly — the line between going through the motions and training that actually changes your body.

Beginner or advanced, the job's the same — find your next level, then coach you to it.

Questions

The Stuff
You're Wondering

Who is this coaching actually for?

Mums, dads, professionals and athletes who know what to do and cannot make it stick. People who've tried every diet and need a system that survives the rest of the year, not just an eight-week sprint. Mindset matters more than age or gender.

How does Flex Food work?

In as many ways as you want. I build the plan around foods you actually like and give you options for each meal based on your tastes. Eat the same meals every day, different meals every day, or my favourite — prep the same breakfast and lunch four to five days a week and have a different family dinner every night. All meals hit your macros.

Can I eat anything I want?

In theory yes — in reality an 80/20 approach lands the results. 80% solid healthy food, 20% the stuff you don't want to live without. The coffee, the bar of chocolate, the Friday night meal out. That works in a deficit, in maintenance, and in growth. Built in from the start so we don't crash and burn long-term.

What if I work away or have a holiday?

The plan is built around you, not against your life. Supermarket on-the-go options. Hotel and digs strategies. Travel-day templates. Bring the details to the check-in before — I'll give you a tailored plan for that week based on your hotel, your gym access, whatever you've got.

What if I don't have a gym?

Fine. Training is programmed around your kit. Home gym, commercial gym, hotel gym, no gym at all — I work with what you have. You tell me on the questionnaire and I build it from there.

How much time per week does it take?

Three to five hours of training depending on your phase and goal. Plus 15 to 30 minutes for the weekly check-in. Designed to fit around a job and a family, not the other way round.
